Katherine is the best nail technician I’ve worked with here. They have a nice menu of services and drinks, and do a solid mani/pedi. The quality of the polish is fine, but I come back here a lot
New to the area and did extensive research to find a place that could do pink and white ombré. The first place was so over priced and didn’t understand what I meant. When I found this gem, I was beyond impressed. Not only did they know what I wanted, they had so many options. They didn’t make me feel stupid. Quick, efficient, choices galore, up to date with all the latest nail art and techniques. Super clean and aesthetically pleasing!
I wanted to complain in store but I don't like possible confrontation or weird looks- nor did I have time to stay longer to address or fix as I was already there for 2 hours for what I got. I got a pedicure, my toenail polish is lumpy, colors uneven and filed crooked. Im almost positive there's still gel on my big toe. My nails look like I tried to give myself a fullset; inconsistent in shape/thickness, ragged cuticles, leaked gel polish or acrylic in nail bed. Just a mess.
