I was really disappointed with the service. They charged an additional $18 just to remove regular nail polish I already had on, using only acetone and cotton. I had chosen a standard pedicure with regular nail polish—not even gel—but they ended up charging me a total of $58. It felt unreasonable and frustrating. On top of that, they didn’t even have an LED light to dry my nails. Instead, they made me sit under a fan for nearly fifteen minutes, which was frustrating and uncomfortable.

I came to Inspire a couple of weeks ago and found Nam to do my French tip acrylics and my goodness, he is so far the best in the game and I’ve gone to many in the northern va area from Woodbridge to Arlington and I found my new nail tech after too much trial and error. I have gotten a few sets with him and gone to annie for my pedicure. A gel pedicure with her will not budge even after a month and great service from her and Nam. The best part of Inspire Nail Bar is Mimi. Her attention to detail and care for her clients is outstanding. After my spa pedicure is done I feel energized and my nails look shiny and healthy. She is simply amazing. I will not go anywhere else.
