Would recommend avoiding… Did a walk in and ask how long the wait was for a dip manicure. They said they could take me now (2 nail techs are there; one already has a customer), which really meant a 30 minute wait as the woman who was ahead of me hadn’t even started. They had me soak off the dip I had on for 25 minutes…needless to say my skin started to burn quickly. DO NOT COME HERE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I believe the woman’s name was TAMMY. I walked in to get my eyebrows waxed. I’ve gotten them waxed here before twice. The first time they looked amazing, the next time she left wax on my eye and some skin was left raw. It was painful and that was the day before my senior photons which was frustrating. That was over two years ago. I come back a few days ago because I know getting your brows down here is done at cheap price but I should have understood that the service itself was cheap as w... read more

Came for a soak off and the nail lady complained so much during the removal about how many charms that needed to be taken off I asked her if she can do it then told me last min it’s more cost then asked me why can’t the lady who did my nails take them off. Went to the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands I had to tell her to wash her hands before she touched me again, there’s was no one in here and the reviews were so bad I should have looked first I would been better off going to somewhere in the mall.
My normal salon Eterna Day Spa in Wheaton was fully booked and couldn't get an appointment that week in end of December 2024. Was here in Montgomery Mall since I dropped my car at Jim Coleman for service. I have seen this salon walking by so many times so decided to give them a try since I badly needed my nails done.
