Staff was very unprofessional. I bought a laser hair removal package and never finished because of the staff! Was treated very rudely, disrespected, and unfairly. I had called durning business hours Saturday to cancel my appointment for Monday ( no answer so I left a message)and when I called to reschedule they tried to charge me $20 because they said I didn't call in their 48 hour cancelation policy!
