I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The office staff, especially Ginger and Brea, are incredibly nice and friendly. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly and effectively, which makes everything so easy. Our home is perfect for my family—the floor plan is spacious, and having a backyard is a huge bonus. They even take care of mowing the grass once a week, which is such a nice touch. After being a home owner for the last 25 years, decided to downsize. I happened on finding this place by bit of luck and glad to have found it. The front office has been really helpful, in terms of questions around the lease and any issues with unit I moved into. The location is absolutely perfect after being deep within the same neighborhood, it is refreshing not to quickly walk to the grocery store, bank, coffee, Chipotle etc and the Toll Road is around the corner. I was one of the first residents here and it has grown into a great community. The staff works to meet all your needs in a timely manner. Maintenance is always willing to help out with issues and the office staff is very responsive.
