Hubby and I went to our first meal prep class last week. Tonight I finally took one out of the freezer to grill. Not really getting my hopes up but WOW! The cilantro lime chicken was FANTASTIC! I made the “potato” salad to go with it and we were both so impressed that my husband asked if we could go take another class!! Unbelievable taste! Love inspire!

I made some chicken fajitas last night, Tina's recipe of spices but I made the spice mix at home, and my boyfriend said "alright, alright I'll marry you." He said the fajitas were THAT good. 😂 It just shows how much Tina cares about her products! If she has the fajitas on hand, try it! You may get a marriage proposal out of a quick and healthy meal. 😉
Tina gave me free samples because I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Her meals are all made from scratch and I love that she shops local at the farmers markets!! Always recommend Tina to anyone looking for meal prep or healthier lifestyle changes!!!
