Food is great. Good prices. Quick and easy to grab a week's worth of healthy meals. Tina is great to work with. She's very inspiring and really wants her customers to be happy and healthy. Try out some of her family prepped meals, a meal class, or wellness coaching.
Had the Orange Chicken tonight and it was amazing!! Tina was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for more meals once we finish these up.

I used to live in Mankato and moved to the cities this past summer, but last night I got to fill my freezer with meals from Inspire Health and Wellness in Mankato again!! Probably my #1 missed thing from living there, besides my friends of course 💛💜 Tina’s husband even met me in Northfield, so I didn’t have to come all the way down! I am so appreciative, and cannot wait to make them! Thanks again!
We had the Chicken Veggie stew last night and the whole family loved it! Not very often that I can find something that all 6 of us enjoy!
My first ever experience at Inspire Health & Wellness was so awesome. I love the variety of food items she has available, the take & bake meals are so easy as they’re already prepared and ready for purchase. The 3D body scan was an amazing experience. It gave me an idea as to what areas I really need to focus on. Tina was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I will definitely be returning.
