Cormac has had such a positive experience at Inspire. He initially started seeing Jaiden for physio following a hip avulsion fracture, and Jaiden was fantastic in guiding his recovery and getting him safely back to strength and activity. I can’t recommend Inspire Health’s Pilates program highly enough. Having recently retired, these classes have become about so much more than exercise. They’ve connected me with a wonderful group of like-minded women, and what started as a weekly class has grown into genuine friendships and a real sense of community.
