I can’t recommend Inspire Health’s Pilates program highly enough. Having recently retired, these classes have become about so much more than exercise. I just had the best treatment at this clinic. I was feeling so painful. Adrianne was so attentious and caring. She explained everything in detail. After that she did needling treatment and an amazing remedial massage. From the needling we could identify what was the problem. I felt very looked after by an amazing and so respectful professional. I could not recommend more.
I’ve noticed significant improvements of strength balance and mobility. I love the fact that these things are being targeted as I age.
