I've been seeing Dr. Desai for several years now and I love her and the practice. My husband and I both see her and we have always been taken great care of - highly recommend for anyone needing a PCP. Thanks to Brittany for being a great nurse and Jennifer for being friendly and helpful at the front desk! It's nice having a friendly face to greet you!
I went for a physical exam with Dr.Ruby Desai and it was very disappointing. She seemed rushed, spent only about 10 minutes, and didn’t listen properly. She spoke extremely fast and didn’t take the time to address concerns. I have never seen such a lack of patience and responsibility in a doctor. The clinic staff was also unprofessional. The front office staff, in particular, was rude and arrogant, showing no patience or courtesy. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this clinic.
