The gym is always clean, neat and orderly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Austin is a wonderful trainer, he is always positive, supportive and professional. His knowledge of weight training and nutrition are so helpful and important to us. My wife and I look forward to his workouts each week and love getting his view on different foods and eating ideas. This is a great place to get in to and stay in shape.
Love this gym and our personal trainer, Austin Garner! The gym is always clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful and there are plenty of machines to work out on. I highly recommend this gym!!
Absolutely the best gym around. My trainer, Austin is physiologically knowledgeable and has never missed an appointment so far in the 1 1/2 years I've been a member. If you want focused, measured & non-repetitive training - he's your guy. Always a smiling face.
I am so glad I found this place. I have been a member for 2 years and never plan to change. It has definitely helped me reach my fitness goals without judgment. It is very clean, never overcrowded, and the trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable.
