Austin is very knowledgeable and informative. He has really helped me progress towards my fitness goals! The gym is very clean and tidy. Everyone there is very kind! I definitely recommend this gym and its trainers!!
Austin is an amazing personal trainer! I cannot recommend him enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable. He not only set up a plan to get me to reach my goals, he also explained how each exercise worked, not just technically but also anatomically. I leave this gym not just stronger but also smarter! I love this gym! The environment is welcoming and comfortable, and unlike many gyms in Cedar Park, it’s not over crowded. I’ve worked with several of the trainers here on strength training, fat loss, and muscle growth, and the results have been incredible. Each trainer is knowledgeable and encouraging. They use a mix of fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness coaching to help you reach your goals. Inspire Fitness is a great gym. Always clean, never crowded, well-maintained equipment, and super friendly staff. Everyone will feel welcome there, regardless of age/size/fitness level. They'll "inspire" you to get in shape. One exceptional feature is the cardio theater... stream or bring your own video to watch on the big screen, in a darkened separate room (with great AC!), while you bike/treadmill/stairstep/elliptical. I have been working out with Chad at Inspire Fitness for over three years. All the trainers work closely with their clients to help them, reach their desired weights and nutritional values. The atmosphere is friendly and always clean. I have attained my goals and continue to work out regularly.
