I have always had my reservations about this place but I always stopped myself from giving a negative review because they do have some really nice people. But I can not help but feel they generally find a way to milk more money from clients. I understand its a business establishment but why make it so obvious that you re all about the money? I've had a check up, cleaning, and filling here. The hygienists that I saw, Tarik and Emma were friendly, pleasant, and professional. The front desk folks were happy to answer questions and very efficient. Dr. Govani is very thorough, kind, and pleasant. The filling was completely painless and quick.
Worst experience ever with "dentist" Morafi! I came for cleaning and filling for a cavity i had. it was my first time, i was walked to the room and the assistant started preparing me for x-rays as Morafi asked for it! I wasn't asked what im here for, Morafi didn't take the effort to look at me first and work from there. They took about 7-8 x-rays that were all useless. and after that the Morafi finally decided to show up and gave an hour presentation for every issue i have except the tooth I came to fix. she started suggesti... read more
