I hate going to the dentist. I love Inspire Dental! Yes, those two things can both be true! From the front desk to the hygienist, to the dentist, to the office manager: everyone is so inviting, kind, and attentive. They offer so many amenities as well such as phone charging, warm blankets, stress balls, even a hand to hold if needed! I can't say enough good things about them. Do yourself a favor and go to Inspire! You'll never want to go to anyone else.
Dr Rhodes and the staff at Inspire Dental are all very personable, welcoming and kind. Extremely accommodating and thorough! A special thank you to Kara, one of the hygienist. She is our favorite! So sweet, and patient and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable!
I have to say…the first second I walked in I felt so relaxed. The atmosphere was like I was walking into a spa. The staff I met were so friendly. I never felt rushed through the treatment, like the corporate owned dentist locations had me feeling.
I was a 5 star fan until today. They canceled my appointment in March, so I had to call back to reschedule. Something came up that day at work, so I called to cancel. I was told it would be $50. I was ok with that, no big deal. But in a day and a half I received 3 texts throughout the rest of the day that I owed $50 (no concern or attempt to reschedule), then the next day the phone call and message that I owe $50 set me off. Let me start by saying this review DOES NOT pertain for Dr. Rhodes. She is a great Dentist and by far one of the best Dentists I've had. This review is purely based off their receptionist ASHLYNN. My Wife had missed her Dental appt. Due to unplanned circumstances, life happens. Both of us are working adults and were unable to call to cancel. Not even 30 minutes after the planned appt.
