I have been seeing Sandra for several years now and believe she is an amazing massage therapist and better human being. She has helped me rebound from several hockey, skiing and mountain biking injuries. She is a professional and personalable therapist who I would highly recommend to anyone.
Sandra is without a doubt the best massage therapist I have ever gone too. She has strong foundational knowledge in all aspects of the musculoskeletal system, and she incorporates stretching and cupping into her practice. Beyond her exceptional skills, she also has excellent intuition that allows her to truely understand and treat any aches and pains you might be dealing with.
I am in awe of Sandra’s knowledge and her incredible therapeutic skills. She helps work away painful tightness in my neck and shoulders, and eases my sciatic pain greatly. I leave feeling light as a feather, with the pain relief. Her professional massage home studio is such a beautiful, healing haven in a very relaxing atmosphere. I send all of my beloveds to Sandra!
