Inspire Care is an agency geared towards people that are seeking mental health treatment. If you have a substance use issue they will refer you to the appropriate outpatient programs. The staff there are really sweet and go above and beyond to assist their clients. If they can’t assist you, you don’t want to be assisted for your personal reasons.
This has to be the MOST unprofessional place I’ve ever talked to. Not helpful at all.. and please don’t try to ask any question because they will give you attitude. I didn’t even get my son’s first appointment before they stayed with their disrespectful attitude. I hope whoever is in charge of this place can see this and give me a call because the “manager” there needs to be replaced. ASAP.
I had a good first impression of this place because the people there seemed nice, but things went downhill from there. I was told I would get to see a licensed talk therapist through telehealth but never received one during the three months I was enrolled. Instead, I got "skills-building" in public at sundown with CBT handouts to read at home, and one awkward and barely prompted interview with a psychiatrist with two follow-up phone calls lasting only a few minutes, not knowing in advance what time they would take place. I have been going to Inspire care for over 5 years now, and they have helped me through every mental crisis that i have experienced, pretty much from the age of 16 til now (22 years old). Their staff has always made sure I received the counseling and medications that I need, and always in a timely manner. If i was having a crisis, I could always show up at the office and be attended to, with grace.
