Sarah is amazing!!! Everyone is always really nice and understanding. I had to cancel last minute due to weather and they were very understanding.
Let me start by saying, I'm a big lady (size 18). I know that my weight loss journey will take atleast a year or more before I can truly say I've lost a significant amount of weight.
