Providers and staff at the Fairfax (Waples Mill) location are wonderful--responsive, patient, professional, and kind. Dilys Chebe is all those things and has been a tremendous help as I navigate a very difficult period in my life. I also must give a shout-out to Amalia in the front office. She juggles phones, calendars, and patient interactions with ease, managing to make you feel cared for even in a quick call to book an appointment.
My life has put me through most toughest times and it all came too sudden and unexpected in 2018. I got divorced last week in December 2025. I was put through lot of psychological, physical abuse, my kids were alienated from me, was gas lighted, many distanced from me hearing the rumors spread by my ex. Dr. John Getz is amazing and outstanding professional and kind person. He is amazing, compassionate and trustworthy. I met Dr. Getz many years ago, he treated me kindly, respectfully, and compassionately. He didn't treat me like a number or a profit generating patient. I wasn't just a number. This was why I left the other practice who saw me as a number and a cash generating machine. I would follow him anywhere he goes!
