Awful - clearly whoever did the other reviewers’ nails doesn’t work on a Saturday as my experience was terrible. I booked an appointment and asked repeatedly for extensions. The lady didn’t understand and when she rushed through with barely any attempt to sort my cuticles, just started painting my nails (I thought she was sampling the colour to show me) I just gave up trying and decided not to make a fuss.
