Amazing product and service! I bought a recliner for my office. It is the MOST comfortable chair I’ve ever had! It helps with my back problems and supports me ergonomically. It was definitely worth buying! But, the customer service was out of this WORLD!!! Khoa took the time to answer all of my questions, being patient as I jumped from chair to chair trying each one out. 5 Stars time 2; we didn't think that service like this still existed; we had a question about the recliner we purchased 3+ years ago, and the owner came to our home, took the recliner back to the store and replaced some parts, brought it back the next day, like new. amazing personal friendly service!
