Very efficient. Irene was very polite and excellent in knowledge.
Staff have been helpful over the years getting my CPAP properly set up. However, good luck, trying to reach them on the phone to make an appointment. Over the past 3 days I have called 10+ times in total, each time waiting 15+ minutes on hold before giving up! They need to be more respectful of people’s time.
I have not been impressed with this place. Once I paid for my machine and mask, I received one check-in which was great. Unfortunately, I’ve been having various issues and side effects and the whole process has been very challenging. I don’t feel I’ve received adequate support to help me counter these issues and find a mask that works. In short: Irene and team are wonderful to work with. Rental unit was clean, and functions were well explained. Details from choosing a mask to maintenance were covered in great detail The process to get the purchased unit was a bit rocky paperwork wise. But to no falt of this team.
