Nurse Nellie has been an amazing, she is absolutely wonderful with my mom. She listens to her and pays attention to what she needs. She is very gentle with her when getting all of her vitals and moving around. She also listens and talks with her and is patient with her while explaining everything and making sure that everything is okay with my mom before doing anything.
