As a physician with over 15 years of hospice experience, it was difficult to choose among the many hospice organizations in Utah. However, Inspiration came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Our nurse was attentive and responsive to every request. The volunteers and CNAs were compassionate, proactive, and anticipated our grandmother’s needs as she cared for our grandfather. I would wholeheartedly recommend Inspiration to any family seeking exceptional hospice care.
My mom had dementia and had gotten to the point she stopped eating and drinking and was starting to talk to her deceased mom. She had been admitted to the hospital for falling the night before at her assisted living center. She wasn't cooperating and was moved to another hospital to have 24 hour care. She declined even more and I had to make the decision to put her on hospice. The hospital made sure she could be moved to another facility and they recommended Inspiration hospice. Fantastic service! That been a tremendous help to my family in multiple instances with a couple different family members.
I can't speak about the Clearfield location, but the mobile nurses and aides working for Inspiration Hospice who are currently caring for my mother in south SLC are among the most caring, thoughtful and responsive health care workers I have ever encountered. If needed, I can call on a Sunday evening and speak with someone immediately about any concerns. Mom is always treated with dignity and respect.
