RecommendedMy grandmother's home health aides were so patient with her during physical therapy and then when we had to switch to the hospice side the nurses were incredible. After she passed her nurse that came to clean her up for the funeral home was so gentle and sweet. She talked to her while she wiped her down and made the process a lot easier for us.
My experience with Inspiration Home Health and Hospice was incredible. They helped my mother get her strength back and their team was phenomenal! I was so impressed by their care that I jumped at the chance to work for them! They go above and beyond in taking care of people- both their patients and their employees! Love love love this company!!!
I would like to thank Inspiration Hospice and Home Health for taking such great care of my sweet grandma. She has been able to get so much better under their care! Thank you for being so awesome.
Very disappointed in the hospice service we received for my mother-in-law. I went through the Hospice with another company for my Mom and they were stellar. However my husband chose this company after the wonderful spill he received while I was at work. He even commented how stressed he felt and lack of support. Very disorganized and lack communication with all the things they said they would do. I will say the singing and music volunteers that came in along with Lyndsay the nurse were the only good things.
I worked as a CNA at Apple Village for four years and worked quite often with this hospice. They USED to be very proactive with their patients even on the weekends. More recently however (especially on the weekends) when a resident is having a crisis (On 4/28/19 a patient could not breathe and oxygen stats were at 40% they did not believe the CNAs that there is no breathing treatment for them) being very slow to send a nurse to help the patient. I cannot thank the great team at Inspiration for all the help my mother received! She needed the physical and occupational therapy, as well as a shower aide. Every provider really came through for her. I have been able to move her to a new facility where she was able to walk safely to the dining room for her meals, instead of eating in her room. I see her still practicing the good posture she was taught while using her walker. She is now safely showering herself when she had been terrified of the shower for years! Your team ... read more
