We see Tan and he is very good and very professional. Always polite and my husband and I are always happy with the results. I have read the old reviews and obviously have not seen the rude ladies in question.
Now I know why this place has so many poor reviews, I went there and requested that I wanted to talked to owner regarding something and she was super rude. I was literally there to help them fix these problems for you but you can't help dump people, that's for sure.
i would give this place 0 stars. way over price for just a simple trim and the lady made it seem like i had lots of hair when my hair was already short to begin with. and she thinned my hair without asking me when it’s already thin cause of hair loss. i would of been better off going to first choice. there treating it like there a higher end place when there definitely not.
