I’m so upset! Spent a lot over the weekend and my bracelets are too tight, they were aware of this when I left but I didn’t have time for them to fix them right then!!! Been trying to reach someone from store customer service now since Sunday and no one responds! Looks like they want to charge me for resizing which is absurd.!!!!!!! Make this right for me!!!!!
This is my happy place and the wonderful part is that you can take it with you. The staff is amazing and so helpful! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can make it in a few minutes. This is a must visit for inspiration.
I visited this place today and had a wonderful interaction with Shannon. She was so helpful and really went above and beyond to assist with what i needed because i was so indecisive. And honestly she found me the perfect bracelet. Thank you guys
Shannon and Quay were super helpful getting me the perfect gifts I was looking for
