No issue in my home for last 2 years. Pulte delivered all they committed. Warranty support has been great. We are very happy with our decision of buying our first home from Pulte.
We have bought our first ever home from Pulte in Inspiration community in Wylie TX. We have been extremely happy with our decision so far. Construction quality and workmanship is great.
The construction manager KEN (Pulte) is unprofessional and non-responsive. KEN has promised to repair the damage to my new construction home, caused by the lack of erosion control to his current new build construction home that is being built up next to me. Pulte construction crew is Inconsiderate of people's property as they have caused damaged to the pre-existing NEW fence and my Sod front and back yards as well. KEN (PULTE) agreed to repair , but has become unresponsive.
