Poor construction quality & post-sales service at CastleRock Inspiration: It's been one construction defects after another over the past year. Customer service : 3 star Quality of construction: 2 star Mirror installer drilled a hole through a sewer pipe in the wall of the powder room during construction. Slowly over time water seeped out damaging the cabinets in the powder room and kitchen. Since the mirror installer is sub-contractor, the builder has to work with them to get paid for the cabinets damage. Until then we have to live with an unusable powder room and kitchen with fewer cabinets. Its been close to 2 months now. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 star (... read more
