Not new patient friendly. I was so excited to transfer to this office after moving into the neighborhood, but I was disappointed with my experience as a new patient. If you schedule online, be aware that your appointment will include X-rays and an exam—not a cleaning. You will have to schedule on another day to get your teeth cleaning. I had arranged my work meetings expecting the usual X-rays, exam, and cleaning that my insurance has covered for years. First let me say I called to find a different dentist due to being apart of Silverado Family Dental and being treated like crap and overcharged by almost $700. So fast forward I called this dentistry and spoke to the office manager Laura. Wonderful person and phone etiquette. She was warm with how she spoke and great tone. When I told her my issue we scheduled an appointment until she heard I was in pain and she asked me to come down right away. The procedure went well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing is, after the surgery, nobody called to see how I was doing. My dog got a vaccine and the vet clinic called to see how she was doing?😊
