Stephanie from Turnersville pm Pediatrics was absolutely amazing. Pleasant, friendly, understanding!! I was here a week n a half ago paid close to $200 cuz I don't have insurance. Back again for the same exact reason she was here before but she is 10 times worse body aches slight fever green mucus Etc.,anyway that's besides the point. I have never been to this location before but I am starting to realize a lot these places are the same, especially the front desk receptionists. The point of contact- front desk receptionist Julianne was so unwelcoming, unprofessional and just plain rude that l almost left. She looked miserable and like she didn’t want to be there. While I do understand that working with the public is not easy but Inspira could put people behind the desk who treat patients who are sick with some compassion and kindness, not attitude. Made appointment, showed up for it 15 early and was told hour 1/2 wait. 3 people in the waiting room. Everyone who walked in after was told longer and longer waits even though patients were being called back. Front desk was rude and arrogant
