Dr. Richmond was great! He listened to me and was very thorough and explained everything super well! I’ve never been to an urgent with such a great doctor. I will continue to come here!
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I called prior to going in to which they said to come as it wasn’t busy. I get there. Waited 45 mins just so they can take their lunch. MEANWHILE after being told “you are next” “it’ll be a few minutes” — 2 people were taken before me. Absolute beyond unprofessional here. Didn’t matter how sick I was.
$450 to say “go to the ER” You’re better off dying
I’m not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. I walked in and the receptionist barely looked at me. She was unfriendly rude and had her nose in a book. The doctor wasn’t friendly at all either. I was in there waiting for an extremely long time while sick just to find out my tests for flu and Covid were negative. The doctor said ok your negative then just walked away, not wishing me to feel better or any suggestions about what to do. I will never be going to this urgent care again. Three years in a row I've gone around Christmas time when I was sick and every time I walked out of there with zero diagnosis, and zero medication for my illness was told to go to target and get OTC meds instead. Then, they billed me over $150 for just visiting the office despite no real care being provided. Don't go if you want to actually get better, you're better off waiting a few weeks to see your primary care provider.
