Just came in this morning to be treated for my double ear infection and I just love Dr. Richmond and wish he could be my primary care doctor. Knowledgeable, intelligent, so kind and caring. Tia and the other gentleman at the front desk are kind, helpful and wonderful at their jobs. Thank you to all the wonderful staff here but especially Dr. Richmond who is a rare find of an amazing doctor and human all in one.
Tired of having to beg for lab results (and still get nothing) and deal with the horrible prescription nonsense. My prescription runs out 3 months after a in office visit and the RX calls the Docs, they call me and ask questions... days later STILL NO SCRIPT. I'll go elsewhere. This is abysmal.
I had the pleasure of seeing Lisa D Cossaboon APN today for my complicated ear infection. She was a pleasure to deal with. She was kind, caring, considerate and most importantly LISTENED to what I had to say. She treated me like a person. I felt heard. She had compassion and I truly felt cared about. She understood I was in pain and my ear had already been treated and the treatment failed. She didn’t treat me like a number but like a human being.
