Worst Urgent Care I have ever been to. They refuse to treat you with care and everyone is miserable there.
I did not have my Drivers License on me, so I could not be seen. I chose to go home , get my ID and get care elsewhere because of the rudeness of the front desk employee. Please retrain your front desk staff to be professional and kind to patients.
I want to give them -10 if I could. Rude people. My son was there with his dad at 1600 fo a sore throat medication according to them was sent at 1649 by Dr. Hendrix Richard. I’m at the pharmacy by 1830 the pharmacist is saying that they didn’t get the medication. My son was fasting all day we were waiting until he can eat to take his medication now he’s been fasting for almost 24hours and I’m still fighting over his amoxicillin of course it’s the weekend no supervisor.
