This is the absolute worst facility ever. Came in to get covid tested (I had covid) and sat in the waiting room for 2+ hours when there was only 4 people in front of me.. Very unprofessional. I will never come back to this establishment even if I’m on my deathbed.
Awful! Waited over 2 hours for telehealth appointment. I finally called and they said sorry for the confusion but you need to also call after scheduling online. I was transferred to the rudest woman (who apparently was the scheduler for that location). She said she could not do a telehealth for my symptoms and if I came in, they will probably send me to the ER. (I do not have severe enough symptoms to clog up the ER). Could be she gave me valid info, but her rude manner was not warranted or professional.
I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one after my awful experience. I am not a drug-seeker and wasn't even looking for antibiotics at this facility; I really was just hoping for an appropriate diagnosis. I want to start by saying immediately after I left this urgent care, I was able to get seen by an internal medicine doctor the SAME DAY and he was alarmed by my lung sounds, vitals etc: diagnosed with walking pneumonia and was given appropriate antibiotic and medical treatment.
