sprains my ankle and jt got worse tried to call the office and no one answered multiple times
Went there today at 5:45pm Neither person at the front desk was welcoming. Started to fill the paperwork out and decided I could not trust the service that they provide and ask for my insurance card and id and left. They were more than happy to return it because they didn't want more work to do. Unfortunately I used to drive go Mullica Hill Inspira because of the poor service here. Now I just use Virtua Urgent Care in Mullica Hill.
Had more positive experiences in the past but I was surprised as a patient in her third trimester to wait over an hour and a half to be seen when I arrived on time for my appointment and there were only two other patients in the waiting room. The encounter with the provider was helpful, but they didn’t appear to know my pregnancy status even though it’s in my chart and I mentioned it on the check in form

-1000. Terrible service! This place was dark and depressing when you first walk in (like the workers), nobody greets or acknowledges you. They lack customer service. Bonnie was horribly rude and disrespectful. I will never bring my sister here for care when they lack that. There is no excuse for that behavior from Bonnie or anyone!!! Especially as a senior, that experienced life and working in a healthcare field to know how to treat someone especially when they are disabled. I am highly disappointed.
