From day one I’ve felt unwanted in this office. There are a few very nice nurses who check you in But it seems like every time I go in there, everyone tries their hardest to do as little as possible and there’s an excuse for everything. Tried to provide documentation to be filled out, but I got excuse after excuse why they couldn’t retrieve the paperwork and then refused to do anything that I request to be done. They are always weeks out for appointments ask to leave message for Dr nurse and ladies up front want reason why it’s a hippa law to give u any info lady . Always have an attitude why book an appt if u have to wait 2/3 weeks then they referred to ER that was 7 hour day when people are sick shouldn’t have wait 2/3 weeks an appointment or have go er poor manegment
Everyone is super nice and accommodating all the time. When entering the office it feels like entering a room with family and not even a doctor’s office.
Inspira is the worst ever, between the incompetence of the Pennsville office I was sent to the Woodstown office they told me to get here by 2:15 I’m standing at the counter at 2:15 and they refuse to see me! Both women at the counter were extremely rude and unprofessional there’s not one person sitting in the waiting room it’s still 215 and they refuse to see me! Dr. Lebloncs Bedside manners are straight to the point. But she needs to learn to listen more instead of trying to judge you on life decisions. You can tell us what we need to do. Not judge everyone by what they do in their private life. Not everyone is faking their symptoms. I'm not a addict I don't take pills I smoke weed I'm not worried about anything. Don't assume people are faking their symptoms because they did the research. It's our lives to live not yours to play with. Listen to what is being asked.
