I originally gave them a good review but now I'm starting to change my mind I've been trying to get a prescription refilled but can't get a call back. This is why I left complete care now they are starting to do it...smh
I love it there I don't have long wait times on the phone trying to get refills no 3 days to hear from them for refills and no bad bedside manor from doctors. Staff is polite and courteous helpful.
I've gone thru 4 doctors in a year. They keep leaving and now, I can't even get a person on the phone to schedule an appointment. Totally disappointed.
Started at this practice near the end of June. Have been very happy with the treatment I received. My doctor is kind and takes time to listen. They are helpful when I call.
