I’ve been a patient at this office for over 15 years and it used to be a great place. I don’t go often because I’m generally healthy, but when I recently tried to schedule a check-up with my primary doctor, I was told he’s no longer accepting new patients. I explained that I’m not a new patient—they just switched computer systems and apparently lost my information—but they still refused to let me book with him. Relatively new patient. Seeing Dr Lee. Only 4 stars because the day I went for an eval they were extra busy and I had to wait a very long time in room. The doctor did apologize however, which was appreciated. Now that I’m established I would like to add I came here for a sick visit and it was nice that he even prescribed me meds over the phone prior to my appt for vertigo and was truly helpful. Dr Lee and his staff are always amazing. The women at the front desk, the medical assistants who take you back, and the woman in charge of lab work!! I have never had a bad experience here, the staff always makes sure to help with whatever you need
