My fiance had a 4:00 pm new patient visit scheduled on 7/28. He arrived 20 minutes early and filled out all forms. He then proceeded to wait until 4:40 to be even called back. When he finally is called back the nurse sees his original appointment time and chalks up the wait to new computer systems. But it doesn’t end there, he proceeds to sit in the room for another hour. I was expected to be there 3-5 hours for my appointment! Im not getting paid to sit there to 9 pm! If your backed up 3 hours let the patients know! No need to leave a number to try correct YOUR broken system! Its nice to know my time means NOTHING to you!
