I was expected to be there 3-5 hours for my appointment! Im not getting paid to sit there to 9 pm! If your backed up 3 hours let the patients know! No need to leave a number to try correct YOUR broken system! Its nice to know my time means NOTHING to you!
Dr. Edward Lee is amazing! When I moved back to this area I came right back to Dr. Lee. The staff there is really kind and knowledgeable.
I’ve been a patient at this office for over 15 years and it used to be a great place. I don’t go often because I’m generally healthy, but when I recently tried to schedule a check-up with my primary doctor, I was told he’s no longer accepting new patients. I explained that I’m not a new patient—they just switched computer systems and apparently lost my information—but they still refused to let me book with him.
