There is no half star?Dr. Krystal Greene's Office,what a joke.Went there because my Dr. Retired.I just needed a well visit at the time,I was not sick;and new scripts.Six months later, so sick;I lost 42 lbs. Hair falling out;have aged 10 years and here I sit unable to hardly take care of myself.I was let to run out of meds. I want to publicly recognize Chelsea at the front desk of Inspira in Millville, NJ for her exceptional patient care and compassion. She has always been incredibly helpful in assisting my elderly parents with appointments and medical needs, but a few months ago she truly went above and beyond. I spoke with Inspira scheduling worker Suzanne and she was very short with me, speaking over me on the phone, I could barely get a sentence out without her interrupting me and it made communication very difficult. I was asking questions about my lab work that she couldn’t answer correctly and instead of pointing me in the right direction she tried to give me incorrect information in order to get me off the phone.
