HORRIBLE MEDICAL PRACTICE AND OFFICE STAFF! No accountability, staff has consistently failed to provide me with lab work order. I have taken off work three times and made three appointments at Labcorp. Every time this doctor office has failed to add my lab script in system. I spoke to office manager, who mailed me the wrong script and when I went to Labcorp this morning they couldn’t believe how many times this practice has continued to be neglectful! Dr. Sonaliya is an exceptional primary care physician. He is always attentive, caring, and genuinely takes the time to listen to any of my concerns. His professionalism, kindness, and excellent bedside manner make every visit a positive experience. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling heard and supported like we are a team when it comes to my care. I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful doctor I can trust and highly recommend him to anyone looking for compassionate care.
Be careful of the notes that are put into your files. The Provider notes that are shared with other Providers can impact the care that you receive from other Physicians. My last visit was terrible! Unconcerned, cold and unprofessional! I've been to several offices over the years, and it's the same. Immature Doctors, lacking discretion. Returning to Atlanticcare.
