Let me start off by saying I love my doctor, she is very attentive and covers all my issues. That being said they clinical staff is horrible. I have been waiting for a clinical review to be completed for over a month. Called several times, spoke to someone once, called several more times, no response. Finally get someone on the phone almost a month past the date the review was due and nothing was ever done. Now I have no medication and am being told I would have to do a whole new approval process which could take a few weeks... read more
