A refill request was sent over 7 days ago by the pharmacy for diabetic test strips. DIABETIC TEST STRIPS! Nothing. I called the office and left a message on the refill line on Wednesday. It is now Friday and nothing has been sent to the pharmacy. I called today, Friday, and spoke to someone at the office and explained the situation. She said she was putting an urgent message in to the doctor to have the refill sent today and that she would call me back by the end of the day. Dr. McAndrew is the BEST! Glad he’s at the Mantua office
If I could give ZERO Stars I would! This is the worst primary care office and don’t waste your time seeing Dr Gomez. Go see Dr Sara Davis in Mullica Hill
Highly disappointed how my 88 yr old dad’s situation was handled!! We were never notified of test results or told there was a prescription called in for the treatment from test. The communication lacked between nurses line and office. We were also told that doctor is very busy… extremely bad answer. Doctors are busy but you have patients that rely on you to care for them. Not sure why I even gave it one star.
