First Appt - The NURSE told me that the Neurologist who saw me in the hospital was wrong about my diagnosis. Second Appt - Cancelled on me just hours before the appointment because the "person who scheduled it put it in the computer wrong". Third Appt - Cancelled on me saying the doctor will not be in the office. All of this within the first three appointments I scheduled with them. Run from this place, they are unprofessional and disorganized.
Dr McAndrew is a pleasure to see.. He listens to my questions and shares straight forward answers.
Called in for a rx refill over several days ago and havent heard anything back. Left a few more messages and even called the appointment line to ask them for any updates. They said they saw my refill request and would mark it as urgent and i would get a call from office that day. I still havent heard anything back. I imagine if my doctor there was aware of this he would be very concerned because going a week+ with no response or update on a prescription refill request is negligence.
I’ve called 4 times in 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled for a medication I have to take daily and it has yet to be sent to my pharmacy. No one answers the phones or listens to the messages you leave apparently.
