I believe that after working in customer service for 38 years I have a little bit of knowledge how people should be treated,, The receptionists at the ER desk need to have some customer service classes. When a mother walks in to see her daughter and gives them her name, she shouldn't just get up and walk away and leave you wondering whats going on. This is the worst hospital you can possibly go to. Staff are very rude and the ignorance unbelievable. You sit in the ER for more than 5 hrs. I mean you go there for emergency. No one comes to check on patients that are in ER. I was sitting there vomiting blood and no one gave a shit. I will make sure that I get an article on this so call hospital.

Due to the mammogram dept. closing in Bridgeton, I’ve been trying for days to reschedule my appointment at a different site. I’ve been placed on hold every day for a long time. My health should not have to suffer because they don’t have enough people answering the phones!
