ONE STAR. I am done with this office. The level of incompetence at Inspira Buena is staggering. I am switching doctors because this office simply cannot get anything right. I have been trying for OVER A MONTH to get a medication issue resolved. What should have been a routine matter has turned into an endless series of mistakes, delays, conflicting information, and follow-up calls that I should never have had to make in the first place. Took 20 minutes for check-in waited an hour after my scheduled appointment. Checking out no better. This has been the worse experience appointment was at 3:00pm arrived at 2:45pm still waiting to check out at 4:45pm

didn't want to leave a review like this for Dr. Delice, but honestly, he takes no responsibility for anything. His staff is disorganized, often calls back without knowing the full story, and makes no effort with third-party approvals, appeals, or anything at all.I don't want anyone to be confused about the staff's temperament, they seem very nice and eager to help, but the information is siloed. Hard to make appointments here. If you are looking for a doctor who is able to see you, I would go elsewhere. I probably will be switching to another provider with more availability. Staff can also work on how the speak with patients.
