Horrible experience and horrible staff
Ive been blessed over the years with the services of Dr John Pirolli and Dr Peterson. Unfortunately inspira of Buena doesn't get it when it comes to servicing the community. Crazy long wait times when it comes.to scheduling routine appointments. And lord knows you will be on hold up to an hour just to speak to someone...
Do not waste your time like I did. Ludmila Chumak should not be a doctor because she clearly hates it. I waited over an hour for her to see me for 5 minutes. She was very cold, dismissive, and kept talking over me. I waited over a month for this appointment for nothing to come of it. This is very discouraging to someone who suffers from anxiety around doctor’s appointments. I will never waste my time here again. Don’t be a doctor if you don’t like helping people.
I did not have to wait long and my care was excellent. So happy I chose this practice.
Like everyone I had to wait a while to make an appointment. It was to be my first one as a new patient. The “ people” at the desk were unfriendly, disorganised and non caring of myself or my treatment. I filled out ALL paperwork ahead of time and even photographed and scanned in my ID and insurance cards…. My appointment was at 11am and was told to be there no later than 10:30.
