For one, my wife was very sick in the ER and the last thing we wanted to hear was the the staff acting like it was party time….they were very loud. I know their job can be stressful but partings come first and the staff needs to be much more considerate and empathetic. When you’re very ill, no one needs to hear the loud partying…please work on that. Two, they gave my wife Lasix before bed….not very smart. Not happy with my wife’s stay.
Most of the office staff is friendly and helpful. There is one lady that does not have a good mannerism about her. Example:my first visit after my surgery for suture removal, she called me back and when she realized that I use the arms of the chairs to help me get up and I had to walk slowly she turned her head and rolled her eyes. She was very cold when taking me back , checking my weight and such she did not even attempt to be nicer to make me feel comfortable. I've seen a lot of doctors in my day and Dr. Harris is hands down the best I've ever seen. She is calming, concise, and well spoken. She explains everything in great detail.
