Over seven hours sitting in the waiting room. Less than a week post op, possible complications. Tried to have a consult with the on call, told I had to wait til I got in the back. Won't give any meds while we all wait, although everyone who needs it already has IVs in place. Working on a hours here, had CT scan but haven't seen or spoke to one doctor. Better off going to cooper in Camden, this place is a joke and should be closed and bulldozed.
The worst. You just might die waiting to be seen. Pancreatitus? Discharged directly from surgery with it? Every nurse you see says you shouldn't of been discharged? Make you wait three hours plus anyway? Then this is your place! Discharge nurses call security on you because you disagree with what they say, when what they say is obviously incorrect and not true? Woman at the front desk was rude. Acted like she was bothered because I asked a question, very dismissive, didnt want to be bothered. When she didnt know the answer she literally made one up that can be verified as untrue. Complaints have been sent to the new jersey board of nurses, HR department and patient relations with screen shots, photos and documents. This place was were all my kids was born and they changed its name OMG
Need to teach security guards some manners. Standing outside waiting for ride after being in er 5 and a half hours. Security guard walks up behind me and accuses me of smoking or vaping. I was holding cell phone and keys neither of which looks like a cigarette or a vap. Need to get their facts straight before they go accusing people of something.
