Please guys don’t waste your time at the Insprea at Mullica Hill they giving patient’s appointment but they never seen patient on times. I’ve been waiting one hour 20 minute today speak with the front desk. She keep telling me I had a two people ahead of me so why they give me appointment
I am very disappointed with my experience as a patient with Inspira OB-Gyn and would not recommend. I had consistently negative experiences across prenatal, delivery and postpartum.
If you are expecting . I would not choose this office for your prenatal appointments. I have had constant issues with rescheduling my appointments. Practically every time I have scheduled an appointment , it has taken at least 20 minutes for the schedulers to find an appointment . Even when scheduling ahead several appointments, they have cancelled my appointments. At least 5 times throughout my pregnancy , two times less than an hour before my appointment. I would NOT go here unless you want insensitivity and unresponsive staff. I unfortunately went through a pregnancy loss, not once did the staff support me or educate me on what was going to happen. While id like to blame this place, I unfortunately am hearing that is the sad truth in the health care industry. What’s worse is you cannot even get through to book an appointment or speak to anyone.
