I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Lofton. I waited 50 minutes in the exam room. It took the Ma 20 minutes to return to take my vitals. I waited another 35 minutes. No one came into the room. It is not acceptable that there is no one to inform the patient about delays. My time is just a important as the doctor's I have seen Dr. Lofton in the past. I thought she was excellent. This visit, she was a no show.
As a woman I cannot believe what goes on in this practice. Please go anywhere else. The entire staff at this office does not care about the patients. They never return phone calls. Never update about labs ( labs you have to beg and cry for for YEARS) it’s almost like they want you to suffer and slowly die.

Happy to see I’m not the only one who experienced horrid care at the hands of this OBGYN. It’s a shame, I love inspira otherwise but I have been back since the explain they inserted got lost within my arm and they handled me w zero sensitivity as I had to get emergency surgery. Charged wrong and was a constant headache, and the dr tried to force more birth control down my throat after the trauma that losing one in my body (clearly not common) already was. Please guys don’t waste your time at the Insprea at Mullica Hill they giving patient’s appointment but they never seen patient on times. I’ve been waiting one hour 20 minute today speak with the front desk. She keep telling me I had a two people ahead of me so why they give me appointment
