I'm updating my review. I have added two stars. Savannah is great. She found me an appointment within a reasonable time frame considering the hospitals recommendations. Thank you.
Originally had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday they called a week ahead of time asked me to come in on Monday. I said yes they called me. Monday asked if I can come in an hour earlier than my appointment time then called me 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel.
The do not give one single ounce of care about you. I have been calling for over six months now. They would actually rather have you die than do their job. Run to any other practice.
I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Lofton. I waited 50 minutes in the exam room. It took the Ma 20 minutes to return to take my vitals. I waited another 35 minutes. No one came into the room. It is not acceptable that there is no one to inform the patient about delays. My time is just a important as the doctor's I have seen Dr. Lofton in the past. I thought she was excellent. This visit, she was a no show.
As a woman I cannot believe what goes on in this practice. Please go anywhere else. The entire staff at this office does not care about the patients. They never return phone calls. Never update about labs ( labs you have to beg and cry for for YEARS) it’s almost like they want you to suffer and slowly die.
