Blonde woman working front desk was extremely rude and unkind. To be greeted by someone with such a lack of understanding, while already being in pain and suffering silently for so long, was extremely disappointing. That lady has no consideration of what might bring someone into a doctors office, or what they’re going through on the inside. Dr Nicole Ward was "out of the office" on both days I scheduled an appointment. They called me to reschedule TWICE after confirming, always at the last minute, which threw a wrench in my plans. I'm going to another doctor because this is ridiculous. Only reason im with these ppl is because of my insurance.

I’ve lost count of how many times I have had an issue trying to get ahold of someone in this office. And countless other issues on top of it. Patient care here’s a minority. Response times are slow and usually result in phone tag. Nurses that handle your case aren’t even in the office. Located somewhere completely different.
