HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lady asked me a question I was answering it and she hung the phone up while I was speaking.
I have not had good experiences or luck trying to contact the office especially when I initially started going there. But, I see Phyllis Jackson and she has been great. She really takes her time talking to her patients to get as much info she can to address your main concerns.
I am very disappointed with the neurologist. We waited 6 months for a visit and the doctor refused to help.
