Sydney, the phlebotomist, is amazing. I would continue going here just for her! I hope she never leaves this location!
My experience with Inspira Health has been disappointing, with only a handful of health professionals showing genuine care. After moving to Gloucester County in 2021, my initial visit with my new PCP, Dr. Kent, was promising, but subsequent appointments have been frustrating. Dr. Kent is rarely available, despite my needing follow-up appointments after two emergency room visits. They do not answer the phone and do not put in my prescriptions....finding a new doctor
Avoid. Multiple Issues. 1. They’ve improperly billed me 3 separate times. Coding high level visits for higher reimbursement from insurance. (I have healthcare billing experience) 2. It’s difficult to get a sick visit with your provider same day/ next day, and they don’t call in RX’s or offer telehralth so you’re forced to go to an Urgent care when sick. 3. Extremely long wait times in the sitting area 4. Just find another PCP
This is the most unorganized practice I have ever came across. Receptionists are terrible and seem very incompetent. I called and gave them the details for my insurance card while making an appointment and they called me back saying they are going to cancel my appointment because I didn’t give them my insurance information smh I gave them the information more then once over the phone and when my husband went in person they asked for the insurance information agaaaaaain after he was already in one of the rooms with my son the... read more
