waited 1 1/2 hrs and finally decided I had enough. On my way out I saw the doctor in another exam room typing on her computer. if your office is that backed up you would think the staff would have some sense of urgency. Respect should go both ways! never going back.
This place is horrible I will never step foot in there ever again
I go to this location to see Dr Ortiz, wich is very nice and plesent but the front desk staff very unprofessional and nasty if you don't like what you do leave
Very good and professional. Dr is great and very caring and detailed.
