Came in today around 2:50pm to get my PPD read that I received on 7/29/24 from my PCP. I had to wait 50 something minutes for a process that didn’t even take 40 seconds to complete when I eventually was seen. After waiting for such a long time, I ended up having to ask a medical assistant who called a patient back if I could be seen ASAP because I waited so long & the same medical assistant said that they received the message that I was there to get my PPD read but nobody bothered to open it.
