I have nothing but good things to say about Lisa Nutt, the nurse practitioner. She is amazing. So knowledgeable and thorough every time I have seen her. She is always friendly and truly cares about her patients. She even called me after 8pm one night because she got my x-ray back and saw concerns. Her commitment to care is top notch. If this review was for her, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, not all Drs at this practice have her same level of care. They will not return phone calls. I love the doc. However your staff needs restructuring and discipline. Maybe the receptionist is a nepo hire because that’s the only thing that makes any sense. YOU ARE ALLOWING YOUR BUSINESS TO BE UNDERMINED BY THE LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR. Edit to add: I still can’t get anyone to answer the phone it’s so disappointing. Highly recommend Dr Orlando! Went in for an annual check up and the entire process was smooth start to finish. Labs were done on site which was very continent and the results came next day.
