Incredible care from all the nursing staff in the ED- Theresa, Lisa, Drs. Jefferson and Jay. Compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you so much for taking care of my wife!
My grandmother had to go to the emergency room and it was going smoothly until they gave her a room in the Senior Emergency wing. The nurses were rude and almost all of them had an attitude. They were quick on giving her a room upstairs but the ED nurses never made sure she had dinner, (gave the nurse her order due to our lack of cell service) nor made sure she was prepared or fully taken care of before sending her upstairs to be admitted! It's a great place to visit if you enjoy listening to nurses talk about their weekends in the hallway while they ignore patients.
Inspira always act like I never provided them with insurance, even though I did not once but THREE TIMES within the past year! I could understand if insurance changed, but it hasn't. It's the same. They still send me a bill anyway, claiming "We do not have your insurance on file" and then I have to give them my card... again... I never had this issue with Cooper. The nurse that checked me in put a fall risk band on me I went up to her and said I have never fallen. She said well I’m not taking that off you. I’m following protocol. She said you can take it off. I said it’s I can’t. I can’t rip it off and I’ve been waiting here for over an hour and a half with heart failure.
