Never a good experience here sadly
DO NOT GO TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM! They will treat you like garbage, and their ignorance and arrogance could kill you! My wife had such a horrible experience there that we will never come back to this hospital for any reason unless one of us would actually die in the time it takes to go to Cooper instead. The “doctor” who “treated” my wife was so condescending and rude that even the on-duty nursing staff were chewing him out for how he was treating her. good local location.
This was easily the worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I came in scared, experiencing chest pain and shortness of breath, and instead of feeling cared for, I was made to feel like it was my fault. The nurse never introduced himself, and I only saw him twice—once when he walked in and again when I received my medication. I was told someone would check on me shortly after giving me the meds, but over two and a half hours passed, and not a single person came to see how I was doing.
