Inspira always act like I never provided them with insurance, even though I did not once but THREE TIMES within the past year! I could understand if insurance changed, but it hasn't. It's the same. They still send me a bill anyway, claiming "We do not have your insurance on file" and then I have to give them my card... again... I never had this issue with Cooper. The nurse that checked me in put a fall risk band on me I went up to her and said I have never fallen. She said well I’m not taking that off you. I’m following protocol. She said you can take it off. I said it’s I can’t. I can’t rip it off and I’ve been waiting here for over an hour and a half with heart failure.
With the exception of a few nurses that actually care about their patients, this hospital is useless. They give you an attitude when explaining medications that have negative effects on your body, they leave you in a hallway in pain for hours on end, and they can't even be bothered to follow strict prescription routines that their patients have outside of the hospital.
