Went there on 13th of September,5:00, sat there 5 1/2 hours. 1 doctor for 20 different bays. My hubby was upset, cause he complained to the staff,and nurses got a little nasty, so he got nasty back,they, called security, then the cops. I was so surprised to hear all the nurses talking about him, which upset me, not professional at all. Went there on 8/22 at 6pm. I broke my wrist. The staff was great, however, I was there for 15 hours waiting for a transport to take me to Vineland, because there wasn't someone there at the time to help. Told me if this would of happened at 12 noon someone would have been there. That was crazy! They need to get there staff back! I know they are doing the best they can considering they are short staffed and it's not there fault, but come on now..

This facility is terrible, I brought my niece in here at 9pm on June 17th 2025 she attempted to hurt herself. So anyways the over night nurses no one ever asked if we needed anything wanted anything nothing it was like we were invisible. Her room was directly across from the nurses station to make it so bad. And we are still here 20 hours later and the day shift receptionist Angela Brayerton is fabulous. She brought food and coffee. You need 100 more employees like her. Very caring and she’s so sweet! The nurses were pretty nice, but Dr. Gurrera needs to work on her bedside manner. She was rude and condecending.
