This facility is terrible, I brought my niece in here at 9pm on June 17th 2025 she attempted to hurt herself. So anyways the over night nurses no one ever asked if we needed anything wanted anything nothing it was like we were invisible. Her room was directly across from the nurses station to make it so bad. And we are still here 20 hours later and the day shift receptionist Angela Brayerton is fabulous. She brought food and coffee. You need 100 more employees like her. Very caring and she’s so sweet! The nurses were pretty nice, but Dr. Gurrera needs to work on her bedside manner. She was rude and condecending.

I was told this location reopened either June or July of 2024. Why it reopened I have no idea, I’ve never seen a medical facility operate like this one. Nurses are sitting around in huddles, chatting having a good time, you ask for their help they act like they are not at work and your a bother. They take extremely long to respond to their patients. Several (not all) of the nurses have terrible attitudes and bedside manner. Not friendly at all. If you care about your people do not bring them here. Overall the service they pr... read more
