I guess my OB referred me to them but because of the phone call I just had to schedule scans, I’m going to see if I can go somewhere else. Extremely rude! How they can talk to patients with such attitude…completely unacceptable!

So I had an appointment on October 24th 2025 I get there with my son who was sent home sick from school and as a single mother had no choice but to bring him with me . I get to my appointment go sign and I'm filling out paperwork when someone comes to tell me I can't take my son with me to get a freaking ultrasound ! This place is horrible. I wouldn’t send my sick dog here. My sister was scheduled for an ultrasound. The ultrasound took forever from the start. Then, when the ultrasound technician was complete, she stated that the doctor had an emergency but that he would be in shortly. After waiting 30 minutes, there was still no doctor. No one even came in to give us an update. I politely went up to the desk to ask for an update and the staff started jumping down my throat with excuses. Been trying to make a pre-conception appointment with this office for over 6/7 months now. I was told it might take a little while to get in, as pregnant people are the priority - totally understand that! However both times they’ve forgotten about me and several months (3-4 each time) went by without hearing from them, and when I called they had no idea who I was, or that I had already had the nurse practitioner appointment and was just waiting for an actual appointment with the doctor.
