Picked up a copy of an image taken today. I went into wrong door, because I have Parkinson’s walking with my cane is very difficult. The employee name, Sandy got a wheel chair for me and took me to the right location! When I got there, the staff was finally had my image disk waiting for me. I signed and picked it up. It was very good experience !
Fast, Efficient, and APPROACHABLE, such a warm greeting is needed when you're scared & desperately seeking help for whatever is wrong with your health. I'm not sure of the name of the young lady who checked me in but she played a very important role in the comfort it gives you from the start it helps you calm down. I appreciated the care in your ER Department as a whole.
