My daughter was recently admitted to the Behavioral Health Unit. Her care was excellent. Each nurse, aide, her social worker Dawn and her doctor, Dr. Lopez were so caring and encouraging. She felt very safe with them and bounced back quickly. The communication with them was so helpful to the family as well. The always answered questions and were very patient.
Never go into this Hospital. I wouldn't even give it 1star. Worse Hospital in South Jersey. I went inside and they committed me and keep me in their pyschward unit for a whopping unnecessary 3 weeks. Yes 21 days. I WAS NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE. I wore same 2 OUTFITS. I had no shoes. I couldn't shave. Everyone in there lies. EVERYONE. Absolutely the most horrible, horrific, most embarrassing experience, most dumbest experience. I had to live with over 5 men again. The devil was in that place. All fake liars. I thought I was going to die when I walked in. So much pain!!! Without a second thought they dropped everything and wheeled me to the back. Every nurse,doctor,and clerk worked to find and fix my problem and relieve the pain. Nurse Leslie even took the time to sit with me until transport came. God Bless each and every one of you for your care and compassion you showed me 😇💗
