Crystal from labcorp says I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO after looking at my blood work prescription.. at 2:30 she says your my last one im going home huffing and puffing.. I snatched the prescription from her hands and walked out. I called corporate. She should definitely be fired, but we’ll see how that goes. Her name is Crystal by the way. Do not get blood work done down there cause she says duh I don’t know what I’m doing. To my face
If I could give zero stars I would. Most horrific doctors office you will ever see in your life. Doesn’t matter if it’s urgent care, or primary care….. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. The primary care Doctors will laugh in your face if you’re a young female with a concern. Also, the urgent care will make you wait 3 hours and tell you you’re the only one waiting. STEER CLEAR! You will probably leave in worse shape! (They also have no protocol for chest pain apparently because still waited 2+ hours)
Gave them my insurance information, and instead charged me 325 for a visit. Sent them my insurance info, called, emailed. They have recently sent this debt to a collector. I will never go to this Inspira again, a company who worries more about how they can charge you than how they can heal you. Should change their name back to BLUNDERWOOD.
